Mr. Thompson focuses his practice on representing individuals and businesses who seek bankruptcy counsel. He has represented a wide range of debtors  including individuals with little to no income, family farmers, and businesses with annual revenues ranging from thousands to millions of dollars.

He has successfully represented debtors under the Federal Bankruptcy Code in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12 and Chapter 13 cases.
